Ingredients-

1⁄2 cup quick oats

3⁄4 cup skim milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- apple cinnamon slices
Instructions-
- Microwave oats and milk for 2 minutes or until mixture is cooked to desired consistency.
- Add honey cinnamon and salted stir
- Top with our apple cinnamon slices and enjoy!
