Ingredients-
- 2 ounces of grapefruit juice or cordial
- 1 1/2 ounce tequila
- 3/4 ounces Cointreau
- 3/4 ounces lime juice
- grapefruit sugar for garnish
- fresh lime wedge
- dehydrated grapefruit slices (cut in half)
- ice
Method-
1. add grapefruit juice, tequila, lime juice, cointreau and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake.
2. run lime wedge around rim of glass and dip into grapefruit sugar.
3. strain cocktail shaker contents into rimmed glass and top with dehydrated grapefruit.
