Ingredients-
for cake-
- 250 grams butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1¼ cups (275g) caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2¼ cups (335g) self-raising flour
- ¼ cup (35g) plain flour
- ¾ cup (180ml) milk
for decorating-
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup icing sugar
- Dehydrated lemon slices
Method-

1- Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Grease your favourite bundt cake pan.

2 - Beat butter, extract and sugar in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in sifted flours and milk, in two batches. Spread mixture into pan; smooth surface.

3 - Bake cake until golden brown or cooked through.

4 - Leave cake in pan for 5 minutes before turning out
- 5 - In a seperate bowl mix icing sugar, lemon juice and 2 tbsp water together.
- 6 - Once cake is out of pan add icing sugar to the top of the cake. Decorate with dehydrated lemon slices
